How beautiful are the feet of those who bring GOOD, GOOD NEWS…
Take a few young people with a vision to make a difference on the streets of Belfast.
Take a few rolls, a flask of soup, and tea and coffee.
Take a Tuesday night and walk the streets of Belfast chatting to the homeless.
Take the love of Jesus into the streets.
This is Beautiful Feet Belfast….
I hadn’t seen Gary since Feb 2009! Didn’t know where he was or even if he was alive….
The Lord totally set it up that we met him tonight…I was literally talking about him (saying how id love to see him) when we walked around the corner and he shouted my name !!!! Saying he had been trying to get in touch with me! ….He asked me to pray with him as he had been running away from God when he really needed to be running to Him…he now lives in Liverpool so it was a total miracle we got to see him and pray for him…. He is hoping to get back there tomorrow on the 6am boat, we’d love you to remember him in prayer …..he is such a treasure, He’s lost alot of weight and needs a miracle in his body but God did it before and wants to do it again…..
Also for Barry (he needs healed from painful clots in his legs and a broken heart) and for Paul (we prayed that all suicidal thoughts and hopelessness will go)….also for peace and unity between the guys in the night shelter
If you want to join us on the streets you are very welcome…. 7pm Great Victoria Street Presbyterian to meet for prayer, hitting the streets at 730pm …ALL are welcome
Our hearts are bursting at the seams with an insatiable love that brings us and the Gospel to the broken and forgotten on our own streets…..searching out God’s beautiful treasures hidden among the alleyways where we watch Jesus lift the poor from the pits of poverty into the limitless heights of His joy!
